Yes! Send an email to info@10patx.com with your name and the dates you will be away. We do need a start AND an end date to begin the hold. The minimum time period for a hold is one week, and the maximum is six months.

Yes! The first membership of any family is full price, but subsequent memberships are discounted at increasing rates.* Additionally, each family will only be charged one sign-up fee.

Yes! We offer monthly discounts as follows:

Active First Responders (Fire, Police, EMS) - $55 monthly cost

Veterans - 20% monthly discount

Students - 10% monthly discount

No. Even if you cancel your membership with us, you will be able to restart that monthly membership in the future with no fees.
